Is McPeek’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM open for business?

Yes, our Service and Parts Department is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and closed all day on Sunday. Our Sales Department is open 7 days, Monday through Saturday from 9 am until 7 pm, and on Sunday 10 am to 7 pm.

Is the dealership practicing guidelines suggested for operating after the lockdown?

Prior to the lockdown, we had implemented basic infection prevention measures. We have provided workers, customers, and worksite visitors with convenient places to wash their hands along with stations with hand sanitizers above 60% alcohol.

We have always encouraged our workers to stay home if they are sick and to have good respiratory etiquette by covering coughs and sneezes. Our employees do not share phones or computers and are asked to wipe down all general areas multiple times per day.

Even while walking outside with them to look at our inventory or while inside our offices, our staff is now using masks when interacting with customers. The desks inside our building have been moved to be 6 feet from each other. We are active in filtering our air inside of the building. Other personal protective equipment has been purchased for our staff and customers upon request.

Can I order a vehicle online?

You can now purchase a vehicle at at your convenience, 24 hours a day. We have setup an online shopping cart that allows you to pick your car, your payment, your bank, your accessories and when you would like us to deliver it to you!

Can I speak with someone who will walk me through the process through video?

Yes, our salespeople can give you a call on Facetime or Zoom if you would like a live knowledgeable person to answer questions for you in real time. We would love to help. Contact us and we will work out all the details that work best for you!

Can you deliver a vehicle to a home or business?

Yes, currently we are delivering any car we have on the lot to anywhere in Orange County at no cost to you.

Can you pick up my vehicle for service from my home or business?

Yes, we can pick up your vehicle and if available we will leave you a loaner car that has been cleaned and wiped down!

Do you sanitize vehicles after serving vehicles?

Yes, we do! Here is a list of the areas we sanitize before returning your vehicle:

• Exterior driver side door handle,
• steering wheel including buttons,
• gear selector,
• radio/HVAC areas,
• touch screen,
• start/stop button,
• drive door armrest and the center console,
• window/seat/mirror controls,
• rear view mirror,
• seatbelt buckle and anchor, and
• the key fob.
We make sure to place the key fob in an envelope when done disinfecting before handing to clients!

Has anyone at McPeek’s CDJR had COVID-19?

None of our staff has been admitted to the hospital or had to see their doctor about anything COVID-19 related and we are working to keep it that way!
