Jeep Compass Navigates Its Way Into 2024 with a Fresh Update in McPeek’ Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Anaheim

The Jeep Compass is rolling into 2024 with a fresh facelift. While 2023 saw Jeep diving into the electric car scene with the Avenger EV, they didn’t forget to spice up the bigger Compass model.

In the UK’s small SUV scene, it’s a crowded party with the likes of Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sportage, Peugeot 3008, and Nissan Qashqai. So, these new updates on the American offering should definitely turn some heads.

Previously, we had the Limited, S, High Altitude, and Trailhawk for the e-Hybrid and 4xe plug-in hybrid versions. But now, there’s a lineup expansion with Altitude, Summit, Overland, and the off-road-focused Trailhawk. And guess what? All models are getting some tech love with a 10.25-inch driver’s display and a 10.1-inch touchscreen, now five times faster, hosting Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a wireless charging pad.

Altitude is stepping up its game with LED reflectors, auto headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, and slick gloss black mirror caps. Inside, it’s cozy with cloth and vinyl seats plus a keyless go system.

Summit is elevating things further with 19-inch diamond alloy wheels, a chic two-tone paint job with a black roof, LED fog lights, and tinted windows. The cabin? Oh, it’s luxurious with ventilated leather seats, an eight-way powered driver’s seat, and front and rear parking sensors.

Overland is going for an adventurous vibe with 17-inch black alloy wheels, a specially designed “off-road” bumper, and some extra ground clearance. They even thought about easy clean-up with washable vinyl seats.

And then there’s Trailhawk, rocking the black 17-inch alloy wheels, a snazzy two-tone paint finish, LED projector headlights, and a cool bonnet decal. It’s geared up for off-road action with added protective gear and Jeep’s special ‘select-terrain’ system with a rock mode.

The ‘Premium Pack’ spoils you with integrated sat-nav, a hands-free boot lid, a wireless smartphone charger, and updated Level 2 autonomous driving. Feeling chilly? The ‘Winter Pack’ offers heated seats and steering wheel, all-weather floor mats, and a dual-pane sunroof option. Safety buffs? There’s a ‘Safety Pack’ adding blind spot monitoring, a 360-degree camera, and park assist.

Under the hood, things stay familiar: the 128bhp 1.5-liter mild-hybrid ‘e-Hybrid’ and the 237bhp plug-in hybrid with an electric range of about 30 miles.

So, the Compass in 2024? It’s not just navigating the roads; it’s making a statement!
